"Restrooms were easy to find, which is huge with kids"
I checked azscience.org before we went and was happy that the restroom info was easy to figure out. Once we got there, the bathrooms were easy to spot and actually clean too. If you’ve got kids, you know how big of a deal that is, right? No running around in a panic trying to find one. Definitely a 5-star experience for that alone

"Just the Right Size for a Few Hours"
I was actually surprised by how big the museum was, but in a good way. It wasn’t so huge that it felt overwhelming, you know? We spent about 3 hours there and never felt like we had to rush through anything. There was plenty to see, and the whole visit was really easy and enjoyable. What more do you need for a relaxed afternoon? I’d definitely go again

The garage was close by, which was definitely convenient, but actually finding a spot took way longer than it should have. If they’re going to offer parking here, there really needs to be better oversight or clearer guidance so customers aren’t driving around wasting time.

"Cute spot for quick science-y gifts"
I mostly zeroed in on the science toys and little kid-friendly gifts, and there were plenty of fun options. My kid spotted a few things almost immediately, so we didn’t have to wander around forever. Nice little place if you’re looking for something small and interesting.

"Pretty cool science learning find"
I grabbed this for some science learning, it’s been great. It makes the topics feel easy to get into without being boring, and I was low-key excited to keep going through it. Definitely a nice pick if you want something simple but actually engaging.

"Nice little lunch stop"
We grabbed lunch at the cafe while we were visiting, and uh, it was actually really good. My sandwich tasted fresh, the coffee was nice, and the kids were happy with the snacks. The staff were friendly too, which always helps. Prices weren’t too bad for a museum cafe either. I’d definitely eat there again

"Easy Tickets and a Fun Day with the Kids"
I went to azscience to grab tickets before our visit, and the whole process was easy. Once we got there, I felt like the prices were fair for everything you get to do, especially if you plan to spend a few hours exploring. My kids had plenty to keep them busy and didn’t get bored once, which made the ticket price feel worth it all on its own. It’s not the cheapest day out, but for the experience, I’d say it’s a solid value. I’d definitely go again

"Fun planetarium trip, but I should’ve picked better seats"
Had a fun visit to the theater and planetarium. The show was cool and definitely worth checking out, but the seats felt kind of tight. i blame myself a bit for not paying more attention when we picked where to sit, because it got uncomfortable after a while.

The staff helped us quickly and made everything easy enough. I was expecting it to be more of a hassle, but it wasn’t really... so overall, yeah, good experience.

"Seems fine, but I’m still not totally sure"
The site loaded okay for me and I didn’t get any weird popups or anything like that. It seemed normal enough, but I couldn’t really find much about the security side of things or who’s actually behind it, so... I’m not fully sure yet.

"Easy enough to get in, but a little slow"
My experience getting in was okay overall. Admission itself was straightforward, but the line moved slower than I expected, and I found some of the signs a bit confusing. The staff were helpful once we asked for directions, which made it less stressful. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I do think the entry process could be a bit smoother

"I was fully expecting some kind of..."
I was fully expecting some kind of online booking disaster, but it was the complete opposite. I booked the tickets super quickly, everything went through smoothly, and there were no problems at all. A rare victory in the world of ticket booking.

"Fun for kids, but be ready for crowds"
I went with my kids and they had a great time. There was plenty for them to touch, try, and keep busy with, so it made for a nice family day out. Just a heads up though, it does get busy, so I’d recommend going earlier if you can or being prepared for crowds.

We got a family membership and it’s been decent overall. The visits have been fun, and the kids really enjoy going, which is the main thing. The only frustrating part was the renewal info being a little confusing, and the emails took a while to get back to us. The staff was really nice when we went in person though. Not a bad experience, i just wish the membership side of things was easier to manage.

I used azscience.org to look up some info before my visit and for the most part it did what I needed. I was able to find the main details without too much trouble. Some pages were kinda hard to read on my phone though, and a few buttons and menus weren’t super obvious.. the text size and contrast could definitely be better too. Not a bad experience overall, just not as smooth as it could be if you need easier access. Usable, but could use some updates

"Pretty Clean Overall"
Everything looked clean when I was there, and the bathrooms were kept up better than I expected. i didn’t really have any complaints. Then suddenly I was like, wait, why can’t more places keep their bathrooms this decent?

"The exhibits were decent, and some…"
The exhibits were decent, and some of the hands-on stuff was actually fun, especially if you’re there with kids. That said, a few displays either didn’t work or looked like they’d been there since the invention of electricity, which was a nice little bonus. Overall, it was an okay visit, but for the price, I was expecting a bit more to actually interact with.
